Opening Formation & Warmups -
1820-1850
General PT & PT Testing We will be working on form, with pushups, leg raises, squats, and sit ups. Then cadets that are struggling will pair up with staff or other cadets to work on form. They will run to corners around the track 3 times performing 10 pushups, 10 sit ups, 10 squats and 10 leg raises with their wingman.
