Opening Formation & Warmups

General PT 5 Burpees, 15 pushups, 1 minute of six inches, scissor kicks.
1835-1850
½ Mile Run Fast and slow cadets will pair up. Faster cadets will set a steady pace. Slower cadets keep up the pace. Encourage your wingman.
